I've been hearing all about brew dog's "sink the Bismark" and how they use freeze concentration to boost abv in their beers.
I want to try this but can't seem to find what type of vessel would be best to freeze my beer in. I understand it should be done after primary, and before secondary? (I have also heard that the yeast cake should be transfered to secondary, as well as the post freeze concentrated brew)
One way I thought of doing it, was to do several small batches, in a ice cream maker.. But I'm afraid too much oxygen would be introduced.
If I do it in my freezer, I have no idea what type of container I should freeze it in.
Any help on this process is appreciated.
(and NO, it is not illegal)

This is how I made my Eis Cream Ale. ;)
