I'm just starting on my second brew, an american hefe. I got a brewing kit for christmas this year, and my first batch was a red ale i called "Maiden voyage ale." After 6 weeks from the boil to the harvest party, it tasted good enough that i couldn't wait to start the second round. this is a great resource for tips and pointers and was really helpful for me on the first batch...can't wait to see how the hefe comes out!
