Thank you Mr. Edwort...

As I sit here and enjoy a Bee Cave Brewery Robust Porter I reflect on this beer, Edwort's Haus Pale Ale, and Edwort's Apfelwein (twice) that I've made.
Two of my first all grain beers were the Pale Ale and the Porter.

Both beers were simple, cheap, and wonderfully tasty. The Apfelwein is always a treat to enjoy.

So I salute you Edwort for giving the world a beverage that I wish I could buy in a store or get on tap at a bar. I salute you again for teaching us how to brew them.

(I'm not blowing smoke up your ass or anything)

I hear with the storm coming your way the brew house will soon be re-located somewhere near Mena, Arkansas...
