Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on which of the above yeasts would be best for a Helles? I'm leaning towards the 2206 since it would appear that this yeast accentuates the malt character more than the other two. I am only looking at the Wyeast offerings since that is what my LHBS stocks. Thoughts?

Cheers,

Greg

Isn't wyeast 2308 munich lager yeast? I personally would get whatever they have that is the freshest. Which I bet will end up being 2206.

I'd go with 2206. If you mash, you could always mash on the higher temperature end to get a maltier brew.
