I usualy do the set it and forget it method but I was out of beer and couldn't wait. So I attached my co2 to the beer out, side of the keg and cranked up the pressure to 30psi. And then forgot about it. 2 days later, way over carbed. I reduced the psi to about 2psi. What elese can I do to decarb the beer?
