Hello all -

I'm about to pull the trigger on the ebrew 3-banger and have a few questions...

1) What's the best way to pressure test? Being as anal as I am, I'd like to pressure test each keg prior to racking beer into it.

2) Is it possible to rack a keg and let it sit for a while before cooling and carbing? I'm thinking I can rack a batch then purge the headspace and let it sit (without priming with sugar). Will this be okay?

3) For the time being, I'm going to use picnic taps. How long should the lines be?

Thanks a million!

Andy

1) Charge to 25 psi & invert in a tub of water
2) Yes, I've got 9 of them in my conditioning cabinet.
3) 6-7 feet of 3/16th is a good start.
