I force carbonate using keg system, is there any issues with bottling right from the tap? I would like to keep a few beers from different batches around here and there. :tank:

Losing carbonation is the only real issue. A. Get some carbonation drops to bring it back up. Or invest in a B. Beer Gun or C. counterflow filler. The only time I bottle is from the keg, method A.

Read Tip #4 at the bottom of the page. This guy uses 3/16 ID racking hose with a #2 stopper and feeds beer from a picnic tap. Interesting concept for those occasional needs to bottle one.
