Thunderstruck Pumpkin mashed too low?

Brewing Yuri's Thunderstruck right now and my mash ended up WAY too low. I put my strike temp a little low cuz I had Pumpkin going in the mash that was hot and fresh out of the oven. Ended up adding a 1/2 gallon boiling water that brought me from 150 to 154 and I let it go.

But, when draining my mash runnings I recorded a 150. I was shooting for 158.

Any good way to fix this now? I'm already getting sparge up to temp
