Hi, I'm new to the forum and pretty new to brewing.
I bought a Mr. Beer at first, no explanation nessesary on giving up on that.
I live just to the west of Charlotte, NC and I found a brewstore a few miles from my house. I just couldn't leave that day I found it until I bought everything for my first batch. Its still conditioning, and I have started brewing another.
At the moment I am doing only single stage dry extract brewing, and bottling. I plan to go to dual-stage within the next few batches, possibly brew small batches in small carboys for experimentation.
I love a good Pale Ale, Amber Ale, wheat beers, and fruit beers.
Anyone else in the Charlotte area want to shout out or get together sometimes, just holler!
