maybe someone can help me out....
My recent OG's have been placing my efficiency around 70%, always a few points off from my target efficiency. HOWEVER, my FG's are always a few points lower than intended, making the ABV similar to the target.
Aside from my beers just being too watered down, could this be a hydro problem? Maybe something different?
