I just made a home brew convert. I've only been brewing sence April and gave a bottle of some Kolsch to get an opinion on the taste. He tolk me the at first he went at it like he would a bud then had to stop because he realized the flavors were much more complex. He loved it so much, he went out and bought a kit this last weekend to start brewing his own.
