Does anyone else experience this:

As my keg gets near empty, the beer gets really overcarbonated. I assume that this is due to more CO2 being in the keg to get absorbed into solution.

I would just back off the pressure as the keg emptied, but I have two kegs on the same regulator and they are hardly ever near the same level.

Thoughts?

More likely it is due to the bottom of the kegger being colder than the top, which means more CO2 absorbed. Stratification is a problem in fridges without circulation fans. What you can do is take the keg off the CO2 when it hits 1/4 or so. The gas remaining in the keg will deliver what's left.

when I get over carbonated I close the valve to that keg then hit the release valve a few times to lower the pressure on that keg then tap a glass or two. repeat as needed.
