Bottling my IIPA tomorrow and I used a doodoo load of whole Amarillo hops. Any suggestions on racking to bottling bucket without getting clogged up?

I've heard of people making a filter that fits over the end of the racking cane using either a clean stainless steel scrub pad or a mesh hop bag. I've never tried either method so I can't tell you how well this might work.

I usually cold crash if using dry hops. Then I just take a hop bag or cut a section of hop bag and tie it around the end of the racking cane. Works pretty well.

I always bag my dry hops, whether pellet or raw. Then squeeze'em through a fine mesh strainer going into the bottliing bucket, but at the surface of the beer. I only do this method with raw hops,as they soak up a lot of ale.
