It looks like a Chinese mfg. but talk to CornyKeg for facts.

"Is there any advantage to the rubber top and bottom of the Pepsi kegs?"

I prefer the rubber bottoms on all my kegs.
The rubber top is handy for draining upside down, nice but not a big deal.

IMI Cornelius doesn't make kegs anymore. Just dispensing equipment, etc.

I like the rubber, it's mostly an aesthetic concern but to some it's easier on the hands than the small metal wire/frame handles.
