so i think i under hopped my IPA. it's currently being dry hopped. here's the recipe

Amount Item Type % or IBU
13.50 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 91.53 %
0.75 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 5.08 %
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 3.39 %
1.00 oz Centennial [10.30 %] (60 min) Hops 34.0 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade [5.00 %] (30 min) Hops 12.7 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.30 %] (15 min) Hops 16.9 IBU
2.00 oz Cascade (DRY HOP)
2 Pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001) Yeast-Ale

what do you think?
 
I might have used an ounce or so more but I would have stacked them as late additions.
