Going to try creating my first recipe ... but I'd like some input/feedback/thoughts?

2lb 2-row
1lb 60L
1lb Victory
.75lb Flaked Wheat
.5lb Carapils

2.75g Mash, strike @ 171F
Mash 158F for 45min
Sparge 1g @ 168F
Sparge 2g @ 168F

Add water to boil 4 gallons

60 min (2lb Amber DME, 2lb Light DME)
30 min (1oz 7.4% Cluster)
20 min (1oz 13.2% Galena)
15 min (.5oz 4.00% Saaz)
10 min (1oz 14% Columbus)
5 min (1oz 7.5% Amarillo Gold)

Chill and top to 5 gallon in fermenter

Secondary Ferment with 1oz 7.5% Amarillo Gold

Thoughts?

I'd probably get rid of the carapils- more crystal isn't needed, especially with the flaked wheat. Otherwise, the malt looks good.

I'm unsure about the hops. You're not adding hops until 30 minutes?

I don't like galena for flavor hops, but I like it for bittering. I think the saaz will get "lost" behind the columbus (which is much stronger flavored) and amarillo. I'd probably change the hop bill quite a bit. If those are the only choices for hops, and you want to use the columbus and the amarillo for flavor/aroma hops, I possibly would do:

60 min (1oz 7.4% Cluster)

15 min .5 ounce Columbus

5 min (1oz 7.5% Amarillo Gold)
