I have been reading that you should tighten up the gap on your mill for wheat. I am using a Barley Crusher, what should I change it to.
 
I have my setting at about 1 O'Clock and it works fine. I get 80% efficiency consistently. Be sure to use about 1/2 pound of rice hulls in the mash though. Soak them in hot water, then rinse them first before adding to the mash so you don't waste any precious wort.
