Need advice for third brew

So I'm about to begin my third brew later today. I was thinking of adding this awesome orange blossom honey. Then it hit me to add vanilla to it so it would be a australian orange honey vanilla pale ale. My concern is the battleling of flavors. And if I go for it how much vanilla extract for 5gallons to notice it?
 
Adding honey won't really make it taste like honey, but it will make the beer beer a bit drier. As for the vanilla, go easy with it or you'll have a beer that tastes like birthday cake. What about adding the vanilla to an already existing similar beer to see how you like it?
