Clone for Zombie Dust from Three Floyds?

Im sure this is probably a stretch but does anyone have a recipe they think will match Three Floyds recent release of their Citra Pale ale Zombie Dust? Amazing stuff!
 
Make a pale ale and hop the crap out of it with Citra, should get you 90% of the way there. Sadly unless you have some Citra already they'll be tough to find until the next harvest.
 
I've made this a couple of times, and though it isn't a clone since we had never had a Zombie Dust prior to making this, it is probably a solid starting point. The IBUs may be low compared to ZD and this has less alcohol.
