In the middle of sanitizing bottles last week, and I got called away. I have 48 bottles that have been soaking in stars an for 1week. They have been left uncovered. I pored them out before I took a ph measurement. So I guess the question is 1) should I rinse and resanitize 2) if they are still sanitized, could there be a residue left over.
 
Hard to understand exactly what you are asking. Were they sitting out uncovered and dry ?

StarSan has done all it's going to do in 3 minutes. If they were clean to begin with and you soaked them in StarSan, all you should have to do is hit them with a spritz of StarSan before you bottle.

StarSan leaves no residue. It only works when it's wet however, once it dries it might as well be non-existant.
