American Wheat - US-05 or Kolsch yeast?

The subject line says most of it. My other question, what temperature would be ideal for the Kolsch yeast (Wyeast 2565) in an American wheat? The acceptable temperature range is 56-70F (13-21C).
 
Split it in two and see which you like better. This is pure opinion.

Follow the typical Kolsch fermentation schedule if you use that yeast.
 
I'm going for a 3 gallon batch with this one, so I'll be sticking with 1 strain. Otherwise, I'd split it like like kanzimonson recommends. Think I'll be going with Kolsch and fermenting in the basement which is at 55F.
