A very drinkable smoked robust porter.

Grain Bill (85% mash/lauter efficiency):
6 lb 8 oz 2-row (70%)
1 lb Crystal 60L (10%)
10 oz Victory (7%)
8 oz Chocolate Malt (5%)
5 oz Crystal 120L (3%)
4 oz Roasted Barley (2.5%)
1 oz Peated Malt

Hops:
0.75 oz Columbus 60

Mash:
Mash @1.5 qt/lb for 75 minutes at 151*F.

Notes:
Boil for 60 minutes. Ferment for 28 days @65*F with 1500mL starter of Wyeast 1028 or White Labs WLP013 London Ale yeast. Serve after 6-8 weeks. OG is about 1.047, FG 1.014, about 30 IBUs. Color is jet black.
