alright for my first go at this with a kit i am making a grape blueberry pomegranate wine.
also just for info i believe 3 cups of corn sugar to be about 1 LBS
2 Gal of grape juice
2 qts blueberry pomegranate juice
i couldn't find and wine yeast so i just went with mutons not for sure which one
so my SG got higher than i expected because i added more sugar than i thought, little brain fart the SG was 1.102. good news though i am wanting to make a semi sweet wine, but i am not for sure where to stop it i dont really understand the sugar percentage yet.
so for this i added 4 LBS of corn sugar.

any advise on acid and enzyme would be great, heck any advise on this at all would be great. after its done fermenting i am going age it in the carboy and start on my batch of dark ale.
