Can I do an electric BIAB? I've got one keg, waiting to be converted, and went through the parts list (read cost!) to build the RIMS I'd been planning. Seems like it's still a $k away. Any thoughts on eBIAB? possible? Effective? Limitations?

Possible, yes many have including myself.
Very effective, easy clean, faster brew day.
Limitations, you might have issues if you are trying to do 10+ gallons of a high gravity beer. At my 6 gallon batch size no limits for me.

I'm a HG guy, so a 5-6 gallon batch of high gravity is my goal to get started. Perhaps it's all I'll ever need, but I'd really like to get off the ground and it looks like BIAB would do that. Are there any recommended grain calculators that would help calculate with the given inefficiency of BIAB?
