Preserving apple juice?

I pressed my first batch of apples the other day, and I got about 1 1/2 gallons of juice. I've been storing it in the fridge, but I can't figure out how to bottle it. I don't want to ferment it, so what can I do to keep it from spoiling while remaining alcohol free?
 
pasteurize it. heat it up to about 160F or so for about 30 minutes then put it in a sanitized container.
