A) 15 gallons of grape juice or
B) 3 bushels - 60 pounds to a bushel
C) Mash - Fill "crock"
D) Push in Mashed grapes 2-3 times a day
E) sparge juice out - Need 6 - 6 1/2 gallons of juice for 15 gallons of wine. Therefore, the balance of the 6 - 6 1/2 gallons of juice is 9 gallons of water.
F) add 35 - 40 pounds of sugar for 15 gallons of wine.
G) Let The solution work in barrel and let stand for 6-8 weeks.
