Hi all. I was checking out Airborneguy's guys Sunshower Apple Wheat recipe and decided to try converting it to partial mash. My big change is, his recipe calls for 6lbs white wheat, I'm gonna use what I listed below keeping the rest of the mashing grains the same. What do you think?

HOPS:
1.25 oz - Glacier for 60 min, Type: Pellet, Use: Boil (AA 6.9, IBU: 21.75)

MASH STEPS:
1) Sparge, Temp: 156 F, Time: 60 min, Amount: 7.5 qt

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
4 lb - Granny Smith Apples, Type: Flavor, Use: Secondary

Wyeast - American Wheat 1010

Newfoundland, wallenpaupack area. I just got my grain mill today. That's what I was waiting for to brew. Definitely this week.
