Broken wrist = ruined brew day.

Broke my scaphoid bone in my wrist on Saturday whilst dirtbiking. Quad pulled out in front of me. Now I have a full arm cast. Brand new FMF Gnarly pipe trashed. Cant lift pots, buckets, carboys, etc. Looks like 6 - 8 weeks.

I had planned to make a kolsch on Wednesday, and a saison in a couple of weeks. Kinda sucks, guess i need to enlist some brew assistants. None of my friends brew. This could be an excuse to get them to help, maybe sparking some interest. Silver lining, etc.

How about Krippled Kolsch?

Simple solution, pump. No heavy lifting will be required.

Rub some dirt on it and get back in the game.
