Any thoughts on storing packets of dry yeast in the freezer as a way to ensure viability for long term storage? Good? No Good?

The only thing I would be worried about, is if your freezer is a frost free freezer...that mean that it will enter a defrost cycle which will warm the yeast up.

i store mine in the dairy door in the refrigerator. lasts for years
