.....and all I can say is that I didn't miss bottling at all! Began cleaning/ sanitizing at 8:30 PM and I was done by 9:15!!!! And I was able to play with my son during that time! If I had bottled, not even all the bottles would've been sanitized in 45 minutes!!

This time, I "primed" the keg with 2.5 oz of corn sugar...next time I will try force carbonating
 
+1 on the kegging and force carbing, it just doesnt get any easier. Wait and see until you pull your first pint, all the money and time building the keeezer will be well worth it.
 
I kegged my second keg last night also sooo much easier than bottling.. I got mine in the keg in like 30min. :ban: My only regret is that I waited so long to start using the kegs.:cross:
