Old Speckled Hen

Fellow brewers.
Still new to the homebrewing scene and am only 3 brews down. Pleased with what i've tasted so far. To date i've brewed Cooper lager kit (came with the micro brewery kit), muntons YB and a Morgans amber ale.

Now looking to replicate Old Speckled Hen. I have found a lot of all grain recipes but am looking for something I can make from extracts.

Firstly am I going to be able to and secondly do you have any suggestions on recipes using beer kits with additions?

Post the all grain version so we can try and convert it.

Very tasty brew; I've made the ag version a few times already. As for extract, according to Clone Brews, here it is:

12 oz 55 British crystal
5.25 lb light DME
8 oz cane sugar
4 oz wheat DME
1 oz Challenger (bittering)
1/2 oz East Kent Goldings (flavor)
1/2 Challenger (flavor)
1 oz East Kent Goldings (aroma)
Wyeast 1084 or 1028

I'm sure there are other recipes out there.
