That hop schedule looks pretty good, the only thing I can think of that you could do differently would be to bitter with Columbus, but Galena would work as well. You could also split up your flavoring addition of Northern Brewer into smaller additions at 30 and 15, but it looks good overall.

Do you have any base malt, or am I not seeing it? Something like 17lbs of 2 row or MO...

It got cut off, it's the first one where it says 81% but yes it's 17lbs

thanks, i was actually looking at adding more, perhaps a dry hop or late addition of some sort. Was just wondering out of the hops that i have what would work best with my goal.

Galena should be great for bittering, not that it matters that much. I just did one with:
2oz Galena @60min
2oz Centennial @20min
2oz Northern brewer @10min

It's excellent, but still not what I would call "hop forward". Mine was a 3 gallon boil, topped off though, so if you could full boil it, it might be perfect. If I were to try again, I'd throw in a centennial/norther brewer flamout addition (steeped for 20min or so before cooling) and contemplate doing a dryhop. If I did a dryhop it would be centennial.

Here is my final recipe
17 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 81.0 %
1 lbs Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 2 4.8 %
1 lbs Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 4 4.8 %
1 lbs Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain 3 4.8 %

1.00 oz Northern Brewer [8.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 8 15.7 IBUs
1.00 oz Northern Brewer [8.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 10 4.1 IBUs
1.0 pkg Irish Ale (Wyeast Labs #1084) [124.21 ml] Yeast 12 -
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 9 11.9 IBUs
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 11 1.0 IBUs

It was one of the best stouts I've ever had! In the process of starting a brewery. This will be one of the first I do.
