Is it possible to freeze some wort for future yeast related activities? Guessing I can, but just wondering if thats going to break down some stuff I dont want to.

Sure! Boil it first, though, to make sure any lacto is killed before you freeze it. And then it can be used for starters when you need some wort for a starter.

Yeah intending to grab some from the next AG batch. Maybe just before the first hop addition?

And yes it is for starters. Also... might try and bring some Duvel yeast back to life in the near future.
