getting ready to brew up a hoegaarden clone and it has some German Red Wheat in the mini mash. I'm trying to throw all this into Beer Tools.com , and can't seem to find that type of wheat in there. Any suggestions on what to choose.

I think that is just another name for German Wheat. I have never tried them side-by-side, but I think it has a slightly darker color and slightly different flavor than American 'white' wheat. You could probably sub any wheat malt in Beertools and get almost the same color reading.

Hope that helps.
