i havent checked my barleywine in about 2 days, and i just noticed the airlock didnt have enough water in it...stupid me. its about 1 week into the secondary, dry hopping. what can happen?

What can happen? Lots of things. What will happen? Most likely nothing at all. Just fill the airlock back up and RDWHAHB. If it's a barley wine, the high ABV will fight over nasties even more than regular strength beer.
Your barleywine is in the "pushing out" phase. Not a lot can get in through that airlock...even when it's empty.
