Cold crashing a pumpkin spiced ale right now and was just double checking. There's no issue with transfering it straight to the keg when I'm done cold crashing and turning the CO2 on and start letting it carbonate right? Don't know if it matters, but I'll be using the "set it and froget it" method.

You could have cold crashed in the keg....

I really prefer to cold crash in the carboy and then keg, leaving behind a lot more yeast and particulate - especially when dry hopping with pellets. Would you mind posting or pm'ing me your Gaelic clone recipe? Had that beer in Charlotte, was fantastic.
