Work from home, brew a beer, drink a beer and have a great day. :rockin:

I'd love to brew, but I'm holding off until I get my digital temp controller in from china so I can replace the JC dial thermostat that's currently on my keezer and use it for my spare fermentation fridge. Too hot in Texas to not have a temp controlled fermentation.
But I'll definitely be drinking some beer later. I'll probably open my LC3 and see what all the fuss is about.

Wish I could work from home but I'm thinking a big @ss mill in my living room is out of the question :-D
Wouldn't necessarily have to be in the living room. Could go in the bedroom, the kitchen, dining room, bathroom. ;)

Yeah it's pouring here, my neighbor (little old lady) at the old place just called to see if I was around I guess a tree went down in my driveway (she has a right of way on it as well) I suppose I should go clear it, unfortunately my chainsaw is in my old place so it's looking like a 1 mile walk in the pouring rain to get the saw. Curse this fricken long ass driveway.

Drinking a Dunkin dark roast. Stupid crappy coffee.

Bad day.

I had Cafe Pilon in my Dunkin' cup.

This would make your day worse, I reckon! http://www.ctpost.com/sports/article/Westport-Little-League-prevails-4717898.php

I knew they weren't going to make it after getting blanked in the last game. Good to see a team from Maine going after it though, lucky kids.

So the tree in question is a 30ft oak Anyone want some wood chips? I'm going to be clearing this sucker all morning.

Definitely. Great experience.

We usually have a team in the LLWS every few years. This year it might be Westport (wealthiest town in CT) but in past years it's been Shelton and Fairfield. I cheer em on.

Or I could just get a house with a huge poll barn.

That could work, but just make sure the mill doesn't take up any space that could be used or brewing.

Where in CT are you? I just got back from the lake. The water was awesome. Love this weather.

I'm in the Northeastern Corner of the state in the Putnam area. Whereabouts are you?

I was nervous opening this little fella. Last 2 I've had from this vintage have been awful. Barely audible hiss at opening is not reassuring.

This is a good bottle though! Maybe a few or ten years past it's prime, but heck, it's 25 yr old beer! Show of hands, who wasn't born yet when this was bottled?

I hadn't quite rounded the 1 year mark....

Die is done now I got to finish assembling this.

I was a 16 year old metal head when this came out. Ah, the memories...

Having coffee now, beer later.

Now drinking water after too much coffee.

Ready to get home and have a beer. Think I'll open something sour tonight.

Making a little bread for tomorrow's farmers market so I figured I'd have some cascade saison.

Also got some cash from my in-laws, can't decide if I should get mash tun parts or a couple pounds of galaxy.

But later... Mikkeller Bar grand opening in San Francisco! Words can't describe my excitement for there tap list tonight.

Me too. I'll probably drink my LC3 while watching some pointless preseason football. ;)

I love making homemade bread, handmade not from a bread machine.
Nice gifts. I'd get mash tun parts, but that's just because I'm slowly upgrading my equipment and my mash tun is next.
