I did a batch of Edwort's afelwein today and everything was fine except that I didn't realize till after I was done that I ended up about a quart short of apple juice. All other ingredients are to as stated in the recipe. Will this cause any adverse effects? Could I add more later if needed or should I leave it alone and let it do it's thing?
