Whats you brewing and storage capacity?

I could push to more by digging out older gear but at present.
I do 5 gallon batches

1 primary
1 secondary
2 Cornies
2 Plastic barrels
2 batches worth of bottles.

So 10 gallon in production
40 gallon conditioning on tap.

6 buckets (primary/secondary)
1 carboy (secondary)
7 kegs
5 batches worth in bottles

So
35 gallons in production
35 gallons on tap
25 gallons conditioning (stashed)

Wild

2 Primary Buckets
2 Better Bottles
1 old Mr. Beer 5 Gal Primary
3 batches worth of bottles (5 gal ea.)
3 kegs

So,
25 gal in fermentation
30 gal in bottle/on tap
Of course, the keg system is not finished yet....

5 gallon batches (although I could squeeze out 10)
Three fermentation buckets
18 cornies (one with a filter tube)
16 cornie aging cabinet
4 tap kegger

Lots of dusty bottles I rarely use.

2 buckets
6 carboys
3 cornies
partridge in a pear tree.

At any given time I have 15-25 gallon in fermentation and another 15-30 gallon in various states of conditioning/drinking.

I have the ability to do 10+ gallon batches, but feel that splitting it into 2 buckets or carboys will actually produce 2 different beers, which defeats the idea of making 1 batch.

Hi ya'll,

I brew '5' Gallon batches on my stovetop,
Three 7.5 gallon primarys
Three 5 gallon secondarys
One bottling bucket
A week in the primary and a week in the secondary,
then to bottles.
15 gallon a week, or 60 gallon a month total productive capacity.
200 bottles full
25 gallons in primarys and secondarys

2, 27 gallon fermenters
12, 5 gallon cornies
2, 2.5 gallon cornies
2, 10 gallon cornies
Many 22 oz bottles
loads of swing top bottles
1 20 gallon kettle
1 40 kettle
1 60 gallon kettle
more assorted junk then I care to name

My log jam occurs because I only have 4 cornies. When I started kegging I gave away over 10 cases of bottles. Now, after I bottled my Pumpkin ale, I don't have enough bottles for one batch. I'm wishing I had saved more so I would be able to bottle beer out of kegs that aren't emptying.

My capacity:
3- 6 1/2 gallon carboys
1- 5 gallon carboy
(I can have 1 batch in the primary and 3 in secondary)
4- corny kegs
about 2 six packs of bottles.

i gots:

carboys:
6.5 gallon
6 gallon x2
5 gallon x3

got more bottles than i can count, mostly 12 oz recaps, but also about two cases worth of 16 oz flip tops and three cases worth of 22 oz recaps, as well as a case of 32 oz flip tops and an assortment of weird shaped bottles.

all carboys are maxed atm, but i have one five gallon that needs to be bottled, and one that needs dumped out... it's well over a year old, and a nasty white film has formed at the top... we tasted the 1.5 year old stout, and it was nasty nasty nasty....:rockin:

My bottle count is the reason I'm not brewing more often.

I don't know exactly how many bottles are full right now and it's always hard to estimate how many I'll need before I try bottling a batch because I have a mix of 12 and 16oz bottles. I do know that I don't have enough empties for the two batches I have aging right now. I bought a case of Sam Adams for the holiday parties to nab the empties. I'd have more spares if my wife hadn't noticed my increased consumption.

Brewpastor,
I'm thinking you must share your beer with 1 or 2 folks. :D :mug:

At least you have given up worldly posessions in exchange for humility.:mug:

Got :

three 6.5g carboys.
three 5g carboys.
bottling bucket.

Usually have 2 carboys fermenting in primary a week if possible.
Been making alot of Apfelwein lately. Mmm...:fro:

Sabco 15 gallon Kettle

10 gallon Igloo mashtun

7- 6.5 gallon carboys

7- 5 gallon corny kegs

0 - bottles

Brewing 5 gal batches with:

1 7.5 gal SS Brew Pot (Picking up old keg this weekend)
1 6 gal Bucket Primary
2 5 gal Carboy Secondarys
2 Corneys (not yet set up for kegging)
6 12 oz. Cases Bottles

Hoping to expand after Christmas.

My capacity at any one time is currently three batches; one primary bucket and two glass carboys for secondaries. I also have a pair of 3-gallon carboys for things like apfelwein, mead, other fine fermentables. The most I could theoretically have fermenting at a time is about twenty gallons.

As to bottles, I've accumulated the equivalent of probably seven or eight cases' worth, maybe a little bit more.

1 7.5g bucket
1 6.5g bucket
2 6.5g carboys
2 6g carboys
4 5g carboys
6 cases 12 oz bottles
6 cases 20 - 22 oz bottles
6 cornie kegs
~20 cases wine bottles. (I make wine as well.)

-a.

2 - 6.5 gal buckets
1 - 6.5 gal carboy
2 - 5 gal carboys
4 - 3 gal carboys
5 - 5 gal cornies
1 - 4L jug
1 - 1L erlenmeyer flask (just in case I need to brew up 2 bottles worth :p)
5+ cases of 22 oz bottles
10+ cases of 12 oz bottles

8 - 6.5 gal carboy
4 - 6 gal carboy
12- 5 gal carboys
4 - 3 gal carboys
18 - 5 gal cornies
50 - cases 12 oz bottles
32 - cases 16 oz bottles
24 - cases 22 oz bottles
85 - cases wine bottles
I need more carboys. Wine and Mead stay in them to long and it limits my beer production. :mug:
