First AG with new Barley Crusher and 48 Qt MLT. OK I figured Palmers way @ 27.5 on efficiency I guess. What would that be % Wise. I Mashed 13 lbs. of grain and had target temp problems so I collected 10.5 Gal. and I'll be boiling for ever. Had 1.034 SG. @ 61 F. what's my Efficiency %? What's the Formula? Thanks for your input.

I read the Wiki and got confused. The link Dave put up makes a little sense. I loosely figured 86%, that must be wrong. I boiled for 2.5 hrs and got down to 7.25 gal. had 1.057 @ 61F when it went into Primary. Beer Smith figured 1.061, so I'm not far off, in the Style range. Thanks guys.
