i enjoy a couple of NB kits and they are all partial boil set ups. i have recently started to go to full boils and am wondering if there would be much of a difference to doing a kit at the full boil size. are there any adjustments that need to be made?
 
You can probably cut back on the bittering hops slightly since your utilization will be a bit higher. Other than that, same procedure.
 
You'll get more hop utilization, which will up your bitterness and aroma some. You'll have to experiment with each recipe if you want to accurately recreate it, but you can start feeling your way around by dropping your hops by 10% or so.
