Non-belgian room temp yeast?

Hi, is there a yeast that ferments well at room temp that isn't belgian? I don't have a basement, so I'm stuck at around 75F. Belgians are good and all, but I'm looking for something that isn't so rich and heavy.

You could always make a Blegian blonde or a saison. Those are very fine and light beers.

However, you best bet would be to just use something to get your temps down to around 68. In the summer time I will put my fermenter in one of the big pastic bins with water to about 1/3 of the fermenter. Then I'll toss 2 2 liters of ice in it in the morning and at the end of the day. That will keep me to at least 68 when my house is around 74 in the summer time.

Nottingham dry yeast can handle that range, but for just about everything else, you'll need to cool the fermenter a bit. The bin idea is your best bet.
