I found out about Learn to Brew and another place in OKC. Does around $20 for 10# tank refill sound about right? Another home brewer I talked to said he thought he had his filled for $5, but it may have been a while. Do co2 prices go up?
I've always used City Carbonics, they are downtown. About 15 to get a 10lb filled.

Go to Gas and Supply on Reno. Last time I was there it was $12 for a 20# fill. They filled it twice and swapped it once so what you get may vary but you can't beat the price. They also had no issue taking a tank that wasn't stamped. Didn't cost me a cent extra.
