Silly problem...

I'm ordering ingredients off of a website (northernbrewer.com) and the recipe I want to make calls for 1/2 lb. "toasted malted barley."

Now, the site doesn't have this listed in the grain section, and I've done a search for the ingredient. As a total grain noob, what grain do I really want to order? I realize I'm going to have to toast it myself, but I can only find unmalted barley. Help!

Order normal 2-row and put it in the oven on a cookie sheet at 350 until it turns golden-brown, usually about 15 minutes. There is a more detailed method in the Joy of HB.
