Help Finding Cheap Regulator & Small CO2 Tank

Hi All -

I have a mini kegerator that uses CO2 cartridges to pressurize the keg. I want to upgrade to a small CO2 tank, maybe 20oz or less.

I don't want to spend a ton of money, ideally $50 or less. Any one have recommendations were I can get a small tank and regulator for that amount of money?

I've searched the web a little, but I'm such a newb with this stuff, I don't want to make the wrong decision.

Kegconnection has pretty good prices, but $50 or less will probably be second hand at Craigs List or eBay.

surf craigslist, often the person unloading a tank doesn't know what a regulator is and will include it. I've gotten 2 this way in the last couple of months with the 20lb tank ($20ea). Just be quick about it, they go fast.
