Poor Chris Hart. Couldn't make chicken the judges like. It's unusual because every time we competed against him, he made chicken that scored really well with the judges. I wish this was a straight up BBQ show. Forget the grilled salad and crap. Lets get to some low and slow.

I watched a bit of it...I'll give it another chance.
Dried out grilled chicken breast topped with BBQ sauce and mac & cheese isn't really why I wanted to see the show...I wanted to see low & slow.

Dried out grilled chicken and mac & cheese was not what I expected from something titled "Best in Smoke"... next they'll be competing with Mr. Flay to make some tamales. Bring on the low & slow...
