How long does your home brew stay fresh after it has been tapped? I assume it has a shorter life than in bottles. I am trying to evaluate whether I should invest in a kegging system.

Thanks,

Jim

I would think as long as the system is sealed and the CO2 is involved, that the brew should not expire for sometime....Compared to bottles I'm not sure of the difference.
