You'd be better off searching in the equipment/Sanitation forum or maybe even the DIY forum. There are a number of threads in both of those about 1bbl systems. Just do a search on 1bbl and that should get you what you need. I personally have no idea, other than it will take a lot of energy to bring all that liquid to a boil. Good Luck
