I have some ingredients and want to make a half-batch of IIPA to try out my new little Mash Tun (and use up some hops..)

I Have:

Cascade
Centennial
Amarillo
Willamette

I have a basic recipe for the malts, but I'm still trying to decide what hops, how much, and when. Any opinions?

Centennial/Amarillo is a great combo. Add plenty for bittering plus several addition is the last 15 minutes, plus a healthy dose of dry hops. I recently did a 1.070 IPA/DIPA with Simcoe/Amarillo/Comlumbus, samples are really tasting great.

Divide them all in to equal parts not less than 1 ounce each and not exceeding 3 ounces each. Then plan your additions bnased on the number of divisions.

Go big or go home!
