Hey dudes,
I'm going to lose mad respect points among brewers for this, but one of my favorite beers has always been Michelob's Amber Bock. It may be just nostalgia (my father and I used to drink them together), but I'd really like to brew something similar. Two problems... 1) I brew with extract and 2) I don't have the means for lagering yet. The latter being crucial to the whole concept of bock...does anyone have ideas for how I could brew something close? Has anyone had bock-like results with ale yeasts?
